I am SOOOO excited to share this wedding with you as it was so special for me!
As I'm sure you can tell, my photographic style is mainly natural, reportage type images...this is what I love to capture and where my heart lies. However, many moons ago I briefly had a photography studio based inside the Red House Glass Cone Museum, originally used for the manufacture of glass, this historic building is now home to several talented artists.....today's Bride Sarah is one of them!
Sarah is based in Studio 7 alongside Jane, another very talented lady.....you should really pop along and see them at work!! Jane was also chief Bridesmaid and you'll spot her in the photos with a brilliant rendition of "Wind Beneath my Wings" during the speeches!
I LOVE this building, it holds some lovely memories for me and it's right opposite my house!! So when Sarah told me that she had special permission to hold her wedding reception there I was super excited.
The day started at Dudley Registry office and some lovely photos in the Priory Ruins before heading back to the museum in a beautiful vintage VW camper van. Once back at the Redhouse Glass Cone Museum it was time for drinks by the canal, hog roast and ice cream before dancing the night away to a live band inside the cone itself.....just perfect!
