Have I ever told you how much I LOVE marquee wedding receptions??? I'm not sure whether it's the laid back, summer feel or the beautiful soft light it creates but Joanne & Ben's wedding last August was simply stunning.
I met up with Joanne in the morning while she and her Bridesmaids got ready in a hotel in the centre of Birmingham, Ben was at his parents house, along with Julie (also known as the Wedding Genie) who was the wedding planner for the day, making sure that everything ran like clockwork.
The wedding ceremony took place in Edgbaston old church and then it was back to Ben's Parent's house for the afternoon reception. The theme of the day was pretty pastel colours to provide a soft, classic feel to the day.
